Did you make a new year’s resolution? Kickstart those goal with Tabata!
Tabata is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) consisting of 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of Rest per cycle. There are 8 cycles within each round of Tabata. Each round alternates between cardio, strength, and sculpting exercises using one’s own body weight and/or incorporating exercise equipment. All exercises can be modified to YOUR fitness level!

Cardio-Boxing called Rumble is a combination of the usual training movements of a boxer including shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a boxing bag. Combined with, strength, cardiovascular and endurance exercises.
It promotes a personal well-being by building up their self-discipline combined with strength training. It is considered one of the best forms of exercises because it conditions the total body and provides a complete workout.

This is an high intensity training program that targets your cardio and muscle fitness with emphasis on core and total body using functional movements.
Cardio Fit offers you variety in one workout including sport conditioning, step, high/low moves etc. Prepare to sweat!
